    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;该数据集包含了2012年6月13日至2013年9月6日的黑河水文气象观测网中游径流加密观测中1号点的河流水位观测数据。</p>\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;观测点位于甘肃省张掖市213省道黑河桥，分为两个河道，河床为砂砾石，断面不稳定。观测点的经纬度是N38°54'43.55\"，E100°20'41.05\"，海拔1546米，河道宽度330米。213桥分为两个断面，东面的为1号，西面的为2号。由于河道断面人为影响频繁无法获取稳定的水位流量曲线于2013年9月6日停止观测。</p>\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;水位观测采用SR50超声测距仪，采集频率30分钟。数据说明包括以下部分：\n</p>\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;水位的观测频率30分钟，单位cm；数据涵盖时间段2012年6月13日-2013年9月6日；</p>\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;流量观测，单位（m3 s-1）；按照不同水位监测流量，获取水位流量曲线，依托水位过程观测获得径流量变化过程。1号点-213桥断面受到频繁人为扰动，水文断面面积不稳定导致水位流量曲线紊乱，流量数据有待进一步观测。缺值数据统一采用字符串-6999表示。</p>\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;水文气象网或站点信息请参考Li et al.             "ds_abstract": "<p>  The data set contains the river water level observation data of point 1 in the intensive observation of runoff in the middle reaches of Heihe hydrometeorological observation network from June 13, 2012 to September 6, 2013</p>\n<p>  The observation point is located at Heihe bridge, 213 provincial road, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, which is divided into two rivers. The riverbed is sandy gravel and the section is unstable. The longitude and latitude of the observation point are N38 ° 54'43.55 \", E100 ° 20'41.05\", with an altitude of 1546m and a river width of 330m. 213 bridge is divided into two sections, No. 1 in the East and No. 2 in the West.
