Among them, there were 34 cases of damage to the earth rock dam structure and 14 cases of damage to the seepage system, 11 cases of damage to the concrete dam structure and 2 cases of damage to the seepage system, 5 cases of damage to the spillway and other water passing structures, and 1 case of damage to the safety and overall stability of the slope structure near the dam area. There were also 3 cases of damage to the functions of gates, hoists, and their control equipment facilities. The dataset involves the possible failure modes and damage consequences of reservoir dam systems under different natural disaster impacts, and can serve as a reference case for emergency response to similar natural disaster events in the future. </p>",
