    "ds_abstract": "<p>民乐县东灰山遗址孢粉记录分两个剖面，包含4个表：</p>\n\n<p>（1）遗址剖面孢粉原始数据</p>\n\n<p>（2）遗址剖面百分比含量数据</p>\n\n<p>（3）遗址剖面孢粉质量浓度数据</p>\n\n<p>（4）遗址剖面孢粉组合数据</p>\n\n<p>民乐县东灰山遗址两个剖面深度分别是92cm和130cm,采样间隔分别是2cm和5cm.孢粉组合是将出现率低、含量较少的科属进行合并，并将花粉按乔木、灌木、草本及农作物进行分类组合。</p>",
    "ds_source": "<p>实验方法：样品前处理采用氢氟酸过筛法，处理前在样品中加入1粒石松孢子片剂用于计算样品的孢粉质量浓度。样品用10%的盐酸去碳酸钙，10%的氢氧化钠去有机质，浓氢氟酸去硅，然后用超声波振荡器以及10 m孔径的网布筛滤残余物，收集网布上的剩余物，经小试管净化后，加甘油保存，制定半活动片在Nikon显微镜下鉴定。统计时，每个样品鉴定300粒以上花粉。</p>",
    "ds_process_way": "<p>本数据表是由专人根据记录本手工录入。</p>\n\n<p>(1)算法和模型介绍: 孢粉百分比含量的计算是以统计到的该种的花粉的数目除以所有统计到的花粉的总数再乘以100%，而孢粉的质量浓度则是用外加石松孢子法计算即加入样品中的石松孢子除以统计到的石松孢子数乘以统计到的该种花粉数目除以样品的重量，以上计算均不包括藻类孢子。</p>",

            "ds_source": "<p>Methods: the sample was pretreated by hydrofluoric acid sieving method, and a Lycopodium spore tablet was added to the sample before treatment to calculate the spore pollen concentration of the sample. The samples were treated with 10% hydrochloric acid to remove calcium carbonate, 10% sodium hydroxide to remove organic matter, and concentrated hydrofluoric acid to remove silicon. Then the residues were filtered by ultrasonic oscillator and 10 m aperture mesh screen. The residues on the mesh were collected and purified in small test tube, then stored in glycerin. The semi active tablets were prepared and identified under Nikon microscope. More than 300 pollen grains were identified for each sample. </p>",
