    "ds_abstract": "<p>“粗泥沙”主要指黄河上中游水土流失所产生的，通过河道输移到下游并淤积在河道（含三门峡水库）中，在淤积物中占比较重的（主要指主槽中）粗颗粒泥沙。\n   1996年至2000年，由黄河水利委员会（以下简称黄委）水文局、黄河水利科学研究院、陕西师范大学、中国科学院地理研究所、内蒙古自治区水利科学研究院和黄委绥德水土保持科学试验站等单位联合开展了黄委第二期水土保持科学研究基金项目“黄河中游多沙粗沙区区域界定及产沙输沙规律研究”，重新界定了粗泥沙粒径边界和多沙粗沙区边界范围，为黄河泥沙的快速治理提供了有力的技术支持。此后，为进一步查明对黄河下游河道淤积影响最大的粗泥沙集中来源区，突出治理重点，黄委于2004年批准开展了“黄河中游粗泥沙集中来源区界定研究”项目，最终得到粗泥沙集中来源区范围。\n   本数据集是在整合了两个项目边界成果的基础上，基于DEM数据与遥感影像，结合实地调查，解译出黄河中游多沙粗沙区和粗泥沙集中来源区边界矢量数据。</p>",

    "ds_process_way": "<p>多沙粗沙区区域界定采用二重性原则，既是多沙区又是粗沙区的地方，即为多沙粗沙区。凡是输沙模数大于中游平均输沙模数5000t/（km2·a）的地区即为多沙区。粗泥沙模数大于1300t/（km2·a）的区域为粗沙区。多沙粗沙区则为多沙区与粗泥沙区的重叠区域。</p>",
