    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;本数据集包括了1994—2014年我国瓦里关全球大气本底观象台观测数据，主要包括瓦里关二氧化碳在线观测月均值数据。\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;中国瓦里关大气本底基准观象台始建于1994年，位于青藏高原，东经100°54’E，北纬36°17’N，海拔3810米，是全球最高的大气本底基准监测站，也是世界上第一个设在大陆腹地的大气本底基准监测站，它的建立填补了全球大气监测网(GAW)在欧亚大陆内的空白。瓦里关大气本底基准观象台由中国政府和全球环境基金联合投资建设，并由中国气象局负责运行管理。以温室气体和大气臭氧监测为主的综合大气本底基准监测。</p>",

            "ds_abstract": "<p>  This dataset includes the observation data from China's Variguan Global Atmospheric Background Observatory (VGABO) for the period 1994-2014, which mainly consists of monthly average values of Variguan's online carbon dioxide observations.\n<p>  China Valiguan Atmospheric Background Reference Observatory (WARO) was built in 1994, located on the Tibetan Plateau, 100°54'E, 36°17'N, 3810 meters above sea level, is the highest atmospheric background reference monitoring station in the world, and the first atmospheric background reference monitoring station in the hinterland of the continent in the world, which has filled the gap of the Global Atmospheric Monitoring Network (GAW) within the Eurasian continent. The establishment of this station fills a gap in the Global Atmospheric Monitoring Network (GAW) in Eurasia. The GAW is jointly invested by the Chinese government and the GEF, and is operated and managed by the China Meteorological Administration (CMA). It is a comprehensive atmospheric background reference monitoring mainly for greenhouse gases and atmospheric ozone monitoring.</p></p>",
