    "ds_abstract": "<p>&emsp;&emsp;1. 本数据收集了渭河流域气象站点数据，由于各站点部分数据未公开。\n</p >\n<p>&emsp;&emsp;本数据仅收录了17条气象因素（平均气温(℃)、日最高气温(℃)、日最低气温(℃)、20至20时累计降水量(mm)、平均风速(m/s)、最大风速(m/s)、平均相对湿度(%)、最小相对湿度(%)、日照时数(h)、平均地表气温(℃)、日最高地表气温(℃)、日最低地表气温(℃)、平均本站气压(hPa）、日最高本站气压(hPa)、日最低本站气压(hPa)、小型蒸发量(mm)、大型蒸发量(mm)）。<p>\n</p ><p>&emsp;&emsp;2. 人工收集20个常规气象站点：（临洮、华家岭、定边、吴旗、固原、环县、延安、西吉、平凉、西峰镇、长武、洛川、岷县、天水北道区、武功、耀县、华山、佛坪、商州（县）、镇安）。\n</p ><p>&emsp;&emsp;3. 通过数据分析渭河流域气候变化现状，发现蕴藏在气象资料中的大量的气象规律，可以有效地进行天气预测，系统总结气候变化规律，针对气候灾害及时采取预防措施，还可为某一区域的特色作物的发展提供决策依据，来满足人们对生活实践和社会活动的需求。",
