本数据集为中国科学院平凉雷电与雹暴试验站的雷达气象观测数据，包含2004年西藏那曲双偏振多普勒天气雷达观测数据。
\n\n观测时间从2004年8月26日开始到2008年8月27日结束。
\n\n双偏振多普勒雷达接收机是数字中频接收机，发射机是行波管脉冲压缩机，偏振制式是双通道同时收发式和水平通道，单独发射式(可互换)，信号处理器是 RVP900，天线控制器 RCP8。
\n\n所获得回波参量强度有：速度V、谱宽W、强度反射率差 、差传输相移 、比相差、相关系数和线性退偏振比Ldr。
