This dataset covers the monitoring of soil moisture and temperature downstream of the tributary of Jiangjiagou D3 section from November 22 to December 4, 2017 (coordinates 103.1536783 °, 26.2518016 °, altitude 1552m). The data includes equipment voltage (in volts) every 30 minutes, as well as water content (in percentage) and temperature (in degrees Celsius) at 3 observation sections 10cm, 20cm, and 30cm
