TY - Data T1 - High-purity rare earth oxides and halide reagents ICP-MS/MS analysis methods and standard technical solutions for trace impurities A1 - chen xiong fei A1 - zhao yan DO - 10.12072/ncdc.gcxtsj.db7388.2026 PY - 2026 DA - 2026-05-25 PB - National Cryosphere Desert Data Center AB - The research process of this dataset is based on ICP-MS/MS technology for the analysis of trace impurity elements in high-purity rare earth oxide and halide reagents. The main focus is on the existing analysis methods that do not meet the detection requirements of key sensitive elements in high-purity rare earth oxide and halide. The inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry (ICP-MS/MS) analysis method for trace elements in high-purity rare earth oxide and halide reagents is carried out, and four categories and twelve types of high-purity rare earth oxide and halide reagents (La ₂ O3, CeO ₂, Nd ₂ O3, Yb ₂ O3, Sc ₂ O3, ErCl ∝, YbCl ∝, YBr ∝, NdI ∝, ErCl ∝· 6H ₂) are established. The analysis method for trace impurity elements in O, YbCl ∝· 6H ₂ O, YbOCl achieves a detection limit of key sensitive metal elements below 0.01 ppm. Meet the detection needs of high-end rare earth reagents in the scientific research field, and support the high-value and multifunctional application of rare earth strategic resources in the field of scientific research reagents.
