The chlorophyll a in the nearshore waters of the Great Wall Station varies between 0.376-5.709, with an average of 2.486. The surface chlorophyll-a in Prydz Bay varies between 0.240-8.857, with an average of 1.622. This dataset is the measurement data of chlorophyll content in Prydz Bay during the 9th Antarctic Expedition of China from 2007 to 2008.
