TY - Data T1 - Record of Chlorophyll Content Measurement in Great Wall Bay during the 9th Antarctic Expedition of China (1992-1993) A1 - Hu hongqiao DO - 10.12072/ncdc.azs.db3579.2023 PY - 2020 DA - 2020-12-24 PB - National Cryosphere Desert Data Center AB - This data records the cell count of floating plants in the Great Wall Bay of Antarctica from December 1992 to March 1993. This dataset is the record of chlorophyll content determination in the Great Wall Bay during the 9th Antarctic Expedition in China from 1992 to 1993. By studying the chlorophyll content in seawater, we aim to understand the distribution of basic production of marine resources. The currently recommended method internationally is high-performance liquid chromatography, which uses a high-pressure infusion system to pump single solvents with different polarities or mixed solvents, buffers, and other mobile phases with different ratios into a chromatographic column containing a fixed phase. After the components in the column are separated, they are detected by a detector, thereby achieving analysis of the sample.
