%X This dataset comprises monitoring data from the ENVIS environmental observation system, covering the period from 2002 to 2009, for the artificial oasis belt in Pingchuan Town, Linze County, located in the middle reaches of the Heihe River. The observation site is situated in Linze County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, with geographic coordinates of 100°07.815′E, 39°20.935′N and an altitude of 1382 m. The monitored parameters include precipitation, radiation, wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, air pressure, soil temperature, and soil moisture content.
