The underlying surface type is alpine grassland, located in a seasonally frozen soil region at an elevation of 3028 m. The dataset includes soil respiration time series with quality control and missing value imputation, along with synchronous measurements of 5 cm soil moisture and soil temperature. The temporal resolution is daily, and the observed variables are CO2-related parameters, encompassing total soil respiration, heterotrophic respiration, and net ecosystem carbon exchange.
