%X This data is provided by the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, Institute of Cold and Drought Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and provided by the Qinghai Tibet Plateau Cryosphere Observation and Test Research Station. The observation of the frozen soil active layer in Wudaoliang area of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau is conducted by professional observation probes. The data is hourly data from 2005-2006. Detailed analysis of the data shows that Soil Temperature (SOIL T) is soil temperature, measured in degrees Celsius (℃), and Water is soil moisture, measured in centimeters (cm ^ 3).
