AB  - Seven slopes were set up in the selected mobile dunes, including under leeward slope, middle leeward slope, upper leeward slope, top of the mound, top of the windward slope, middle windward slope, and under the windward slope, and one 50cm×20cm survey sample plot was set up perpendicular to the direction of the slope direction. (1) Three soil mixes were taken from each slope position in March 2017 and brought back to the laboratory for seed germination experiments. (2) Seedling and adult plant species richness, community cover and community density were investigated in April-August 2017 at each survey sample plot.
