The data were generated based on statistical records of county-level primary, secondary, and tertiary industry value-added from the China County Statistical Yearbook (2000–2022), combined with population distribution raster data as spatial reference. Through a dasymetric mapping model, the vector data at the county level were converted into raster format, with primary, secondary, and tertiary industry value-added redistributed to 1 km pixels according to population distribution weights. This process produced continuous spatial distribution rasters, which were uniformly projected onto the CGCS2000 Albers projection coordinate system. The dataset includes 23 years of raster data for primary, secondary, and tertiary industry value-added, covering the entire Yellow River Basin with a temporal span of 2000–2022 and a spatial resolution of 1 km.
