The purpose of this survey is to characterize the electrical properties of the underground medium, thereby providing geophysical data for studies related to the underground structure and distribution of underground ice in permafrost regions. The survey utilized the Transverse Coil TEM method. At four locations—Hua Shi Xia, Hela Village, Shuang Cha Gou, and Ma Du Township—one measurement line was established at each site. Each measurement line consisted of 100 meters in length, with a spacing of 5 meters between points. The dataset includes both raw TEM observation data and processed data. The raw data is stored in.HPTEM format, while the processed data is stored in.dat format. File names contain information about the sampling locations, such as “Hua Shi Xia.HPTEM” and “Hua Shi Xia.dat”. The study area is located in the region near the source of the Yellow River in the northeastern part of the Tibetan Plateau, within the geographical coordinates of 95°50′E to 98°55′E and 33°32′N to 35°35′N. This dataset contains both raw observation records and processed visual resistivity data, which can be used for TEM data analysis, research on the electrical properties of underground media, and geophysical studies related to permafrost and underground ice.Users should read and analyze the data in conjunction with the acquisition parameters specified in the corresponding raw data files. These parameters are adjusted according to actual field conditions. The processed data can be used for analyzing visual resistivity characteristics and other related studies. However, its applicability should be determined based on the research objectives. Some measurement points have GPS coordinates, but the coordinate information for other points along the measurement lines is incomplete. Therefore, users must be aware of the limitation
