This data integrates multiple cutting-edge observation datasets, including over 90000 geographically located soil profiles, the latest global distribution of root observation data, and a large number of satellite derived environmental variables, to generate a global distribution map of apparent turnover time in surface soil (0-0.3m) and subsoil (0.3-1m), with a spatial resolution of 30 arcseconds (approximately 1km in equatorial regions).
