Combined with the ecological factor data downloaded from WorldClim database version 1.4 (1950-2000,), the correlation analysis between SNP diversity and environmental factors was carried out using Samβada software, and the correlation was determined by G-scores>0.0001 to obtain the SNPs related to the environmental adaptation of sago.
