AB  - This dataset contains the distribution range of coalfields in the Yellow River Basin, with a summary of the regions where the coalfields are located and a list of counties and cities where the coalfields are distributed.The coalfield distribution regions in the Yellow River Basin include Henan Province (Zhengzhou City, Sanmenxia City, Luoyang City, Ruzhou City, Pingdingshan City), Shanxi Province (Jincheng City, Luliang City, Linfen City), Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (Yinchuan City), Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Erdos City), and Shaanxi Province (Yulin City, Weinan City). The coalfields within the basin are Xinggong Coalfield, Yuxi Coalfield, Ruzhou Coalfield, Pingdingshan Coalfield, Yima Coalfield, Mianchi Coalfield, Yiluo Coalfield, Xin'an Coalfield, Dengfeng Coalfield, Shanmian Coalfield, Yanlong Coalfield, Qinshui Coalfield, Hedong Coalfield, Huoxi Coalfield, Lingwu Coalfield, Zhungeer Coalfield, Dongsheng Coalfield, Shenfu Coalfield, and Weibei Coalfield.As of the end of 2019, there were a total of 19 coalfields distributed within the territory of the Yellow River Basin.
