AB  - This dataset was compiled from hydrological observations at Bayangaole Hydrological Station in the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach of the Yellow River, including water temperature, flow rate, and water level measurements spanning the period 1986-2020. The data were systematically analyzed and organized by professional hydrologists. The dataset consists of three Excel files, each containing forecast factor elements corresponding to distinct ice phenology phases observed at the hydrological station: the Ice-Run Initiation Date Forecast Factors Dataset, the River Freezing-Up Date Forecast Factors Dataset, and the River Break-Up Date Forecast Factors Dataset.
