AB  - This article introduces a large dataset of soil carbon isotope composition (δ 13C) collected from major vegetation communities within an altitude range of 0-5 centimeters on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. The range of δ 13C values for the samples is -28.26 to -16.95 ‰, showing significant relationships with different vegetation communities such as Forests, Shrublands, Grasslands, and Deserts.
