%X This dataset contains the water level and flow velocity observation data of point 7 in the encrypted observation of runoff in the middle reaches of the Heihe River from January 1, 2014 to December 28, 2014. The observation point is located in Heihe Bridge, Pingchuan Township, Linze County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province. The riverbed is composed of sand and gravel, and the cross-section is unstable. The latitude and longitude of the observation point are N39 ° 20'2.03 ", E 100 ° 5'49.63", with an altitude of 1375 meters and a river width of 130 meters. In 2014, the water level was observed using an SR50 ultrasonic rangefinder with a collection frequency of 30 minutes. The data description includes the following two parts:
