Based on the Vissim simulation platform, a typical undersea interworking tunnel model was built to simulate the traffic operation simulation state under saturated traffic, obtain the traffic flow (traffic flow, speed) data under the typical scenario of the undersea interworking tunnel under saturated traffic, and input the Vissim simulation data into the SARIMAX traffic operation situation research and judgment model to predict the traffic flow state in the next 5, 10, and 15 minutes, The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the predicted value with the simulation value.& emsp; (2) Risk data based on ANFIS dynamic risk identification model. Based on VISSIM simulation data and traffic flow state prediction data in the next 5, 10 and 15 minutes, ANFIS dynamic risk identification model is adopted to output traffic flow risk state values in the next 5, 10 and 15 minutes.& emsp; (3) Simulation data of traffic state without control and with control strategy. Based on the simulation of traffic accident scenarios on the Vissim simulation platform, the traffic flow operation status under the conditions of adopting speed control, lane control strategies and without any control strategy implementation is simulated respectively, and the traffic flow and operation speed under the conditions of each time segment of each control unit are collected, and the two traffic flow statuses are compared.
