The desalination rate of the desalination system was examined under different mixing methods and different operating pressures. The desalination system used commercial polyamide 4040 rolled nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane modules (VNF2 and ULP100, Guiyang Times Walton Co., Ltd.). After the pressure and flow rate were stabilized for half an hour, the salt content of the produced water from the desalination system was recorded and calculated to obtain the overall desalination rate. The operating pressure was 1.3-1.8MPa, the salt content of the influent water was 7.5g/L, the water temperature was 30±2℃, the influent water flow rate was 2m3/h, and the number of membrane modules was 6-8. The measurement is accurate to two decimal places. The overall desalination rate of the desalination system is more than 90%, reaching the assessment index of the task book.
