AB  - Shelterforest refers to natural and planted forests (forest stands refer to the internal structural characteristics of trees) that are managed for the purposes of soil and water conservation, windbreak and sand fixation, water conservation, climate regulation, and pollution reduction.This dataset primarily collects shelterforest data from various provinces along the Yellow River Basin (including Henan Province, Shaanxi Province, Shanxi Province, Shandong Province, Qinghai Province, Sichuan Province, Gansu Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) for the years 2016-2019.The data is stored in Excel format, with main attribute fields including province name; afforestation area of key shelterforest system projects such as the Three-North Shelterbelt Forest Program and the Yangtze River Basin Shelterbelt Forest Program in the current year; shelterforest area: afforestation area of the Three-North Shelterbelt Forest Program.
