In response to the problems of limited variety, low purity, and difficulty in deep purification and impurity removal of domestic high-end hydrated rare earth halide reagents, relevant experimental research was creatively carried out, and good results were obtained. Based on the preliminary experiments, a step-by-step method experiment was carried out to optimize the process flow and parameters for kilogram level production. This mainly includes the production process of kilogram level reagents for two high-purity hydrated rare earth halides (high-purity hydrated ytterbium chloride and high-purity hydrated erbium chloride), as well as the testing methods and standards for raw materials, intermediate products, and products, product naming, packaging, and transportation conditions. Provide key technical support for the batch stabilization production of high-purity hydrated rare earth halide reagents.
