%X This dataset "Rare Earth Hydride Production Process Dataset" is mainly aimed at the research of synthesis processes in the field of chemical science, including the synthesis process of a class of rare earth hydrides (N, N-dimethylethylenediamine bridged biaryloxy yttrium hydride).
