%X This study uses the fifth edition of the extended reconstructed sea surface temperature dataset provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This dataset integrates the latest ICOADS R3.0 observation records through the empirical orthogonal function method, and optimizes the reconstruction of the sea temperature field on the 1°×1° grid using an improved bias correction algorithm. Based on this dataset, the impact of warm and cold SST on dynamic flood seasons is analyzed.
