However, atmospheric absorption and emission, primarily by water vapor and cloud liquid water, affect the satellite-observed TBs and can propagate into geophysical retrievals. We present an atmospherically-corrected AMSR-E and AMSR2 TB dataset covering 2002-2025. The dataset contains dual-polarization TB observations at 6-89 GHz, collocated atmospheric and surface variables, and a quality-control flag. Atmospheric influence was estimated with a radiative transfer model driven by ERA5 reanalysis. Technical quality was assessed using water and sea ice samples and field measurements from the MOSAiC expedition. The dataset provides a valuable record for evaluating and developing ocean, ice and snow retrieval methods in the Arctic.
