They can effectively identify the development level and potential advantages of rural eco-tourism and reveal differences between towns and villages in various aspects. Its construction can provide data support for the spatialization, comprehensive and balanced development of regional rural eco-tourism and the implementation of rural revitalization strategies. Based on a total of 16 evaluation factors in the four dimensions of natural environment, ecological resources, human economy and infrastructure, the study constructed a data set of rural eco-tourism competitiveness at the township scale. Time range: 2020, spatial resolution: resampling is unified to 30m × 30m, data format: GeoTiff, Shapefile. This dataset integrates natural information such as topography, climate, and hydrology of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle, as well as multi-dimensional ecological information such as vegetation coverage, cultural resources and economic potential information. The indicators are complete and can support rural eco-tourism competitiveness evaluation and spatial differentiation analysis., providing basic support for optimal allocation of resources.
