Using a map based parameter calibration strategy (CaliMAP), the high-precision 2010 permafrost distribution map of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau was used as the spatial constraint objective. Bayesian optimization algorithm was used to optimize the 26 heterogeneous sensitive parameters of the Noah Tibet land surface process model, and 13 sets of optimal parameter sets were extracted for ensemble simulation. This dataset contains 39 annual raster files in GeoTIFF format from 1980 to 2018, with a spatial resolution of 0.1 ° and using Albers equal area cone projection. The grid values are classified as follows: 1 represents Permafrost, 2 represents Seasonal Frozen Ground, and 3 represents Non frozen Ground. Glaciers, lakes, and areas outside the study area are all masked as NoData.
