After the pressure and flow rate were stabilized for half an hour, water samples of produced water were collected, and the calcium and magnesium ion content was determined by a third-party testing organization to calculate the calcium and magnesium removal rate. The operating pressure was 1.3 MPa, the salt content of the influent water was 7.5 g/L, the water temperature was 30 ± 2°C, the influent flow rate was 2 m3/h, and the number of membrane modules was 6-8 pieces. Calcium and magnesium ion content determination according to the “standard test methods for drinking water” GB/T 15452-2009 standard specification of the test method and process. Measurement is accurate to two decimal places. The removal rate of calcium and magnesium ions by nanofiltration desalination system is greater than 98.45% and 98.72% respectively, which reaches the assessment index of the task book.
