AB  - This dataset mainly collects data on the current status of cold resources in Genhe City, Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia from January 2020 to April 2023. It includes statistical data on high and low temperatures, air quality, visibility, wind speed, and total rainfall for each month in Genhe City, Hulunbuir, as well as trend charts of average temperature and extreme high and low temperatures from 2020 to 2023, totaling 4 years and 6 line charts.  This dataset is based on the meteorological data of cold resources in Genhe City, the report of Hulunbuir Meteorological Bureau on building a "China Polar Science Experiment Highland", and the response of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to the suggestion of Zhou Yizhe, a representative of the National People's Congress. By manually collecting the temperature situation in Genhe City, it provides basic data for the evaluation and research of cold resources in Genhe City.
