%X In response to the technical difficulties and equipment shortcomings of the lack of corresponding underwater operation equipment for repairing surface cracks in reservoir dam concrete, focusing on the key technical issue of "rapid repair and reinforcement technology and equipment for deepwater operations and discharge structures", innovative research and development are carried out based on the special water environment and boundary conditions of the reservoir dam system, breaking through the bottleneck of deepwater operation technology and equipment.
