The precision filtration system adopts filtration accuracy of 5 μ M bag filter element and melt blown filter element are connected in series, and the operating pressure of precision filtration is 0.3MPa. The ultrafiltration system adopts polyvinylidene fluoride tubular membrane (average pore diameter 0.1) μ m.
