AB  - This dataset is derived from the research on the production scale of high-purity anhydrous rare earth halide reagents at the kilogram level. In response to the problems of limited variety, low purity, and difficulty in deep purification and impurity removal of domestically produced high-end anhydrous rare earth halide reagents, relevant experimental research was creatively carried out, and good results were obtained. Based on the preliminary experiments, a step-by-step method experiment was carried out to optimize the process flow and parameters for kilogram level production. It mainly includes the process flow of kilogram level production of four high-purity anhydrous rare earth halide reagents (high-purity anhydrous ytterbium chloride, high-purity anhydrous erbium chloride, high-purity anhydrous yttrium bromide, and high-purity anhydrous neodymium iodide), as well as the testing methods and standards for raw materials, intermediate products, and products, product naming, packaging, and transportation conditions. Provide key technical support for the batch stabilization production of high-purity anhydrous rare earth halide reagents.
