The content of these papers includes research on low-temperature heat treatment processes, low-temperature welding processes, and impregnated tooth formulations. The Gleeble3800 thermal simulator was used to determine the expansion-temperature curves of low-alloy fine-grained steel for -50°C applications at different t8/5 values. Optical microscopes and microhardness testers were employed to observe the microstructure and test the hardness of the thermally simulated samples. By analyzing the continuous cooling transformation (CCT) characteristics of the low-alloy fine-grained steel for -50°C applications, the SH-CCT curve for the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of this steel at -50°C was obtained.
