%X This data is provided by the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, Institute of Cold and Drought Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and provided by the Qinghai Tibet Plateau Cryosphere Observation and Test Research Station. The observation of the frozen soil active layer in the south bank of Tongtian River on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau is conducted by professional observation probes.
