%X This data is provided by the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, Institute of Cold and Drought Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and provided by the Qinghai Tibet Plateau Cryosphere Observation and Test Research Station. The active layer of permafrost in the wind and volcano area of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau is observed and measured by the active layer observation probe.
