This ecological station was founded in 1993, officially approved by the former State Forestry Administration in 2005, and selected as a national field scientific observation and research station in 2021. It is one of the China Forest Ecosystem Research Network (CFERN) and the National Field Scientific Observation and Positioning Research Station (NPSO). This dataset includes daily scale data of atmospheric basic elements from Baotianman Ecological Station from 2017 to 2022, including temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation, soil temperature (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 cm daily average soil temperature), soil moisture (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 cm daily average soil humidity), etc. It provides basic information for various studies on forest ecosystems in the context of global change.
