A soil individual with a clear central concept is selected as a representative to serve as the basis for comparing and assessing differences in soil properties and for classifying soil types.Soil Class Names: Soil classes refer to the names of various soil classifications.Sub-class Name: Sub-classes are further divisions of soil classes, reflecting additional soil-forming processes beyond the dominant one. Parent Material: Parent material is the weathered product formed by the weathering of rock minerals on the Earth's surface. It serves as the material basis for soil formation and constitutes the skeleton of soil. It is distinct from soil but has a profound impact on soil formation and fertility development. Many properties of the parent material are inherited by the soil. Changes in the physicochemical properties of the parent material form the upper part of the loosely structured weathered crust.
