%X This dataset contains leaf area index observation data of four downstream bridges (including tamarisk and Populus euphratica forests) in the Heihe River hydro meteorological observation network from June 16, 2018 to October 18, 2018. The station is located in Sidaoqiao, Ejina Banner, Inner Mongolia, at an altitude of 870 meters, with underlying surfaces of tamarisk and poplar. Observations were conducted next to the Sidaoqiao Super Station (101.1374E, 42.0012N) and the Mixed Forest Station (101.1335E, 41.9903N), with a total of 2 sample plots, each measuring approximately 30m x 30m in size. Each plot was equipped with 5 nodes below the canopy and 1 node above the canopy.
