The coordinates are N 38 ° 33 ′ 16.6 ″ and E 100 ° 17 ′ 8.1 ″; Altitude: 2718.2m; observation elements include: temperature (℃) at 2m and 10m, relative humidity (%) and water vapor pressure (Kpa) at 2m and 10m, wind speed (m/s) and wind direction (°) at 10m, four component radiation (W/m ^ 2), atmospheric pressure (hpa), precipitation (mm), soil heat flux (W/m ^ 2), surface temperature (℃) at 0cm, soil temperature (℃), soil moisture (m ^ 3/m ^ 3), conductivity (dS/m), and soil three parameter sensors are deployed at depths of 10cm, 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 60cm, and 80cm. The automatic observation of precipitation is normal from May to October every year, but the Qilian Mountains are in the freezing season from November to April of the following year, and precipitation cannot be automatically observed. This data is collected and statistically analyzed over a 10 minute period within an hour, with rainfall being the sum of data collected within the hour and the rest being the average of data collected within the hour.
