Firstly, the random forest land cover classification map in land use and cover change is validated. The data obtained was obtained through field investigations of GPS fixed-point and Google Earth sampling methods in the study area in 2019 and 2020, to train the model and verify the accuracy of land use classification. Further validate the soil moisture inversion results with on-site sampling data, and finally verify and analyze the surface net radiation and surface temperature inverted by the SEBAL model. Due to the inability to directly obtain measured energy data from on-site sampling conditions, only a validation set of surface temperature data in local areas and surface temperature validation data are obtained. In addition, the validation data still needs to be combined with the surface net radiation data from China Meteorological Network, mainly using the surface net radiation data from 2016 to 2020 in the China Radiation Daily Value Dataset. The validation data is almost synchronized with the transit time of remote sensing data.
