%X This dataset contains the water level and flow velocity observation data of point 8 in the encrypted observation of runoff in the middle reaches of the Heihe River from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. The observation point is located at Heihe Bridge in Gaotai County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province. The riverbed is composed of sediment and the cross-section is stable. The latitude and longitude of the observation point are N39 ° 23'22.93 ", N 99 ° 49'37.29", with an altitude of 1347 meters and a river width of 210 meters.
