The data provides a basis for analyzing the impact of dynamic control of the operating water level of the Three Gorges and Gezhouba cascade reservoirs in flood season on the water quality of downstream rivers, and the ecological assessment of dynamic control of the water level of large cascade reservoirs in flood season. There are a total of 12 excel files in the data set, which are five indicator processes: TN (total nitrogen), TP (total phosphorus), DTP (dissolved total phosphorus), PO4 (phosphate/orthophosphate), and DTSi (dissolved total silicon) under the observation conditions (Case-obz.xlsx) and 11 pre-discharge conditions (Case12.xlsx~Case22.xlsx).Header: Wujiagang (WJG) 11.6 km, Yunchi (YunC) 34km, YiDu (36.5 km), Zhicheng (ZC) 56.5 km, Jingzhou (JZ) 140km.Units of TN, TP, DTP, PO4, DTSi: mg/L.
