%X This dataset contains the eddy covariance instrument observation data of Jingyangling Station on the comprehensive observation network of surface processes in the Heihe River Basin from August 28, 2018 to December 31, 2018. The station is located at Jingyangling Pass in Qilian County, Qinghai Province, with an underlying surface of alpine meadow. The latitude and longitude of the observation point are 101.1160E, 37.8384N, and the altitude is 3750m. The height of the eddy covariance instrument is 4.5m, the sampling frequency is 10Hz, the ultrasonic direction is due north, and the distance between the ultrasonic anemometer (CSAT3) and the CO2/H2O analyzer (Li7500) is 15cm
