In recent years, loess geological disasters triggered by extreme rainfall and unreasonable engineering activities have shown a high incidence. Loess is a special type of soil with structural fragility and extreme water sensitivity. In loess slope areas, large pores, vertical joints, unloading fractures, sinkholes, and other preferential infiltration channels for rainfall are developed. This dataset is based on 100 MHz borehole geological radar data. According to the dielectric constant of various materials, it inverts parameters such as the burial depth and thickness of underground media to detect the geological structure of underground space. Comparing with actual observation data, the inversion data is basically reliable. The data is stored in PDF format, with main fields including measurement time, trace number, sampling time, and amplitude.
