By using a semi-automatic machine learning model and integrating multiple remote sensing data sources (including farmland distribution, vegetation index, and rice field distribution), irrigation statistics and survey data, as well as irrigation suitability, a China annual and 250 meter irrigated farmland distribution map (CIrrMap250) was generated. Evaluate the accuracy of irrigated farmland distribution data using 20000 reference samples and high-resolution irrigation water intake data. The results show that the overall accuracy of CIrrMap250 in 2000, 2010, and 2020 was 0.79-0.88, which is superior to existing similar products.
